Delete Your Account In the App

1. Open the Sentinel app
2. Go to Settings
3. Tap Account
4. Tap Delete Account
5. Enter your account email to confirm

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

You can delete your account at any time; your cloud account data will be removed within 30 days of deletion. Content on your Edge Device is stored locally and remains under the device owner's control.

If You Can't Access the App

If you're unable to use the app, email us from your account email address and request account deletion. We will assist you within one week:
